SHE Nutraceuticals Refund Policy
We strive to do our best to provide you with the best customer service experience. If you ever have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us and we will do our best to help you. We believe that as we treat our customers fairly that they will, in turn, treat us fairly.
We understand that finding the right products to support your health can take time and an element of trial and error.
If you feel that you are experiencing a negative side effect or adverse reaction which you believe is a result of our supplement then please reach out to us and we can attempt to help you (though we cannot be held liable for them). We recommend that you seek the guidance of a medical professional prior to using any supplement and for help determining which products and doses are safe/suitable for you to use.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, the following is our policy. No returns are accepted due to placing the wrong order or change of mind, only products which produce an adverse reaction will be accepted. Prior authorization and proof of purchase from She Nutraceuticals customer service team is necessary. Email our team at info@shenutraceuticals.com requesting a return and the reason for return. Only unopened products with safety seal intact may be returned within 30 days with the exception of heat sensitive products which are non-returnable. A restocking fee of 10% will be charged on all returned items. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Any damaged products or incorrect orders must be communicated within 72 hours to be eligible for a return or replacement. All labels and barcodes must be intact. Any altered labels in any way are non-returnable.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when you checkout as we cannot be held responsible for undeliverable items that occur due to an incorrect address. At the time of checkout please double check your shipping address as we operate under the assumption that this address is correct (even if it is different from your billing information).
If your product is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address then we will provide a full refund for the product minus the cost of shipping.
Partial Returns of Supplement Bundles
Our supplement bundles come with a built-in 10%-15% discount on the regular price of each supplement.
If you return a portion of any bundle then you lose this discount and you will pay the full price of any remaining supplement that was purchased in the bundle.
This will be reflected in your refund price and will be automatically calculated at the time of return.
Returning the Same Supplement More than Once
Please note that a request to return the same supplement more than one time will be denied.
This policy is in place to prevent fraud on our end and to prevent someone from purchasing and refunding the same product over and over again.
Please Note: Any Online programs that are sold and/or memberships are not eligible for refunds once access has been given. However, we'll work with you to find solutions for any issues you may be having and support your success.
